HOPE RISE

It’s a jungle out there!

Just imagine yourself lost in a jungle, you are all alone, you don’t have anything with you. You screamed for help, there was no response. How would you feel? Helpless? Hopeless?

But what if you met someone, someone whom can lead you out of the jungle. Someone who knows the jungle, in fact, He created the jungle. How do you feel now?

You felt, wow there’s hope! Note that you are still in the jungle, but it doesn’t matter anymore, because you know that you will definately get out of it.

YAHWEH, is my shepherd.

That’s what i’ve been feeling nowadays, i felt, LOST. Lost about my future, lost of direction.

As now is the university application period. I told myself, i’m gonna apply for university again!

There here comes a roaring lion, do you think you can make it for university? Then, i stop and wonder.

Then, there comes a snake whispering, what do you want to study then? Design again? There’s no use studying design, you are less popular than poly grads!

Then, i saw my Shepherd, He came to me and say, “Do not afraid, I am with you.”

I’m just so excited! My whole company went to GenRev last saturday, ok excluding my boss, but yea, soon will be her turn!

Ok jsut a lil intro here, one of my colleague she’s a believer, but haven’t been attending church for nearly 5 years. Ever since I started working in my company, occasionaly we will pray together, sometimes i will share with her some bible verses. I’m the 5th New Creation ppl that she met, and 5, grace! She wanted me to bring her back to church, but actually i’ve been inviting her for church, just that she’s always busy on weekends.

So last week, she finally came for service!  And, not just her, my another colleague who is a pre-believer came too!!

Both of them had really good feedback about the service. My Christian collegue felt very refresh after the service, while my pre-beliver collegue just felt that the service was interesting. ( she can easily fall asleep when someone talks)

Ok just bear with me somemore, all these are just intro..

So just now, i went for dessert with them, and just so we were into the topic about church, which i don’t know how it started.

And both of them are all very open to come church with me!! So i’m really very happy manzxzx.

Just on the way back, God revealed this to me.

Elijah needed to go to Zarephath, to minister to Widow of Zarephath (1 King 17:7-16)
Jesus needed to go to Samaria to minister to Samaritan Woman (John 4:3-42)

When God wants to minister/deliever a person, He always raise up somebody.

So i just saw that, wow, i’m being raised up to minister to my colleagues! It’s just so exciting!

It makes me have more sense of purpose, knowing that God didn’t place me here for no reason, i’m here to touch lives! To make a difference. :)

So, wherever you are, know that you are not that by co-incidence, God put you there, to be a blessing!

I’m back tumblr!

Hi tumblr, i’m back!

It’s been super long since i last blogged. Looking back at my old entries, i can’t help but laugh. Though the entries are not exactly very old, but it just shown how much things have changed, how much i have changed. A year can indeed make a lot of difference.

I’ll try to blog more, so stay tuned, more entries are coming!

Vanness Wu!!

I watched finish Autumn’s Concerto (also known as next stop happiness) last week. It’s one of the best Taiwanese drama that i’d ever watched. Mainly because Vanness Wu is soooooooo hot! Haha, so superficial.

God is really using him as such a mighty vessel, reaching out to people, not just the entertainment industry ( heard that he got 3 artist saved ), but also to the fans out there.

For JJ Lin too, God has given him such a great influence, i.e fame, to reach out to the people.

I believe we are really living in exciting times, when salvation just freely and profusely abounds. Yes this might be last year theme. But God is not limited by theme to reach out to people.

Graduate! well unofficialy

Wazzzzzup people, i’m unofficial graduate from SP already. At first, i really had no feelings about it, not exactly happy, not sad, neither was i excited.

But looking back now, i think i will really miss my IA gang. The tough times that we go through together, doing last minute work, burning mid night oil, and get cranky the next day,  last minute printing, last minute cut name card and blah blah blah.

It may seem tough when we were going through that, but it’s all sweet memories now.

This is the only group picture that Comrades have. This was taken after our final FYP presentation. All of us stayed up the whole night the night before. Thanks Comrades, we made it!

Thanks wazzzzzup ppl, who made the supposingly boring days of designing grad show stuff more fun and interesting. :)

Last but not least, i would like to thank all the people who helped me cut my difficulty super high namecard!
